“What should we wear?”

Here are a few tips… For a family session, you definitely want everyone to feel at ease, comfortable, and to coordinate. Coordinating doesn’t always mean matching , try choosing a color palet, or about 3 colors to stick with. (white is not your friend in photo’s, please avoid this color, but if you must please choose an off white, or cream color as it distorts pictures in certain lighting which causes a blue hue/fringe around the white) Also, let’s face it, my 12 year old step daughter will not be wearing the same outfit as her 1 year old sister or will she want to wear the same outfit as her 6 year old brother.  Try to avoid any writing on clothing, as it can be distracting.  Bright colors work best, either solids or small patterns. 

 

“What location do you suggest for our photo shoot?”

After we chat either by phone , email, or on facebook , we will have a better idea of the look & feel of what you’re looking for in order to choose a location.  we have plenty of places to choose from & we are always scouting out more!

 

“So, how many people does my session include?”

For Family sessions, as many are in your family!  I have a larger family and completely get it…therefore, if they’re family, bring them! Just remember, after 5, there is a small fee per person.  I do suggest, however, to get the most images & experience out of your photo shoot, families larger than 5 (including your furry family members)  consider a  2 hour photoshoot.

 

“When should I expect my photos?”

Proofs approximately 15-30 days (sometimes sooner).  You'll recieve a small sneak peek on facebook, and a password protected proofing album. Package orders approximately 3-5 weeks. Expedited orders 3-5 days (at an additional charge).

Weddings and Events please allow approximately 10-12 weeks for editing (minus a few sneak peeks). Package orders approximately 3-5 weeks. Expedited orders (at and additional charge)
